Delivery Information

Shipping details vary by artwork. To find specific shipping information for a piece you’re interested in, please mail me to discuss time and costs of special pieces.

Artworks are shipped in one of three ways:

Cardboard Box

The artwork will be carefully packed and shipped flat in a sturdy, protective cardboard box. I do ensure every piece is securely packaged to meet  high standards, providing ample support to keep it safe during transit from the studio to your home.

Wooden Crate

Larger artworks may need to be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate designed for global art transport. Each crate is carefully constructed and sealed, with internal packaging that meets strict guidelines to keep the artwork secure throughout its journey.

Tube

Normally paintings are rolled and shipped in a dent-resistant tube. This method is not only highly protective but also helps lower shipping costs. Canvases can be easily stretched onto wooden frames, and works on paper should be professionally unrolled and framed upon arrival. We recommend taking paper-based artworks to a framer immediately for safe handling

Choosing the Right Carrier

  • DHL Express – Fast, reliable, and offers insurance.

  • FedEx International – Specializes in artwork shipping.

  • UPS Worldwide – Good for heavy or large items.

  • Artex or Crown Fine Art – Specialized in handling fine art shipments.

Insurance and Tracking

  • Always insure the artwork for its full value.

  • We use tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.

 Customs & Import Regulations

  • A commercial invoice will be attached with a detailed description.

  • Labeled as "Original Artwork" (Harmonized Code: 9701.10).

  • Mail me to check the destination country’s customs policies for taxes and restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving an original piece, you have two options:

  1. Receive store credit for the full purchase price, or

  2. Get a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.

Return Guidelines:

  • All returns must be arranged  in the original packaging, including any accompanying certificates.

  • Refunds will be processed in Euros and are subject to exchange rates at the time of processing.

  • To initiate a return, please submit a request via our Contact  form.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Special commissions

  • LIMITED, UNIQUE PIECE

  • Sale items

  • eGift cards

 

Additionally, I cannot accept returns for artworks that have been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase.
